Description: This session focuses on reproductive outcomes and ovarian reserve across endometriosis, adenomyosis, cystectomy, myomectomy, pelvic pain, and complex fertility-preserving surgery.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

1. Assess reproductive outcomes after endometriosis and fertility-preserving surgery.
2. Discuss ovarian reserve considerations in cystectomy, endometriomas, and myomectomy
3. Apply evidence to counseling patients with complex reproductive goals.
